• IP DataBlocker™ – Stops malware or individuals with access to the network from sending data (including compromised card data) to “non-authorized” Internet locations from within the customer environment.
• Rogue Device Manager™ – Detects and reacts when an unauthorized computer system is physically (or logically) added to a customer network by alerting management of a potential issue.
• Automatic Broadband Failover – Automatically detects when the primary Internet connection fails and responds by initiating a redundant Internet connection. The redundant interface can be a second high-speed Internet feed (cable modem) provided by the franchise owner/merchant or a dial-up modem connection provided as a Vendor Safe managed service to ensure a constant connection for credit card authorization. Vendor Safe overcomes communication outages so that credit card authorizations stay online.
• Remote Reset and Rollback – Vendor Safe can remotely update and upgrade the system. If, for any reason, the update or upgrade causes a degradation in service, the system can automatically rollback to the last known good state. All this can be accomplished remotely, without any on-site support required.
